Our refund and returns policy keeps going 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your buy, we can’t offer you refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your product should be unused and in the same condition that you got it. It must also be in the same packaging.


When your return is received, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you of the approval or cancel of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will consequently be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specific amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t got a refund amount yet, first check balance your bank account once more.

After that contact your bank. There is regularly some preparing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same products, send us an email at {Email ID : [email protected]}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping charge for returning your product. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund amount, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
